3.- Shipping

tems from Czech Republic (CR) we ship with Czech Postal Service (DHL), Delivery time within Europe ca 7-10 days, to North America and Australia ca 14 -21 days. Items from Peru (PE) we ship with EMS, Delivery time to USA ca 6 days, to Europe ca 7-10 days. Alternatively shipping with Serpost, Delivery time ca 14 – 21 days. Rate for Parcels depend of the weight, country of destination and chosen shipping method.

4.- Orders

The products from www.creapulka.com can be ordered by e-mail or phone.

By submitting an order the customer agrees with the published terms and conditions.

Orders have to include:

  • Name and Surname of the customer
  • Invoice address
  • Delivery address, if different of the invoice address
  • Product identification (called “model number” on this website), amount and price. Price is not necessary for knitting orders
  • Valid e-mail address and/or telephone number

The seller is allowed to withdraw from contract if one or more of the following conditions are given:

  • If the order does not include all required information.
  • The ordered products were sold off.
  • The required material is not available and not possible to obtain. In this case a similar material is provide based on agreement with the buyer, or the order is cancelled

In every case the seller has to inform to the customer as soon as possible.

5.- Warranty, replacement

The customer is allowed to withdraw from the order within 14 days after receipt of the products without giving reasons. However the following conditions have to be fulfilled:

  • The products have to be clean, unworn and undamaged.
  • The invoice has to be attached.
The products have to be sent in original packaging or similar, appropriate packaging as insured package. Returned delivery is only accepted for paid shipping costs. Unpaid deliveries will not be accepted and the charges are for the customers account Before returning the products the seller has to be informed by the customer to get the returning address.

The products guarantee is 12 months, starting with the date of delivery of the products to the customer.

In case of warranty effective defects of the products during the guarantee period the seller has to be informed immediately. A delay of informing about this defect, ignoring it and a further use of these products can result into even worse defects and/or complete damage of the products could be a reason for exclusion from the warranty.

The customer is in obligation to read the care instructions carefully before using the products, in order to avoid damages resulting from non-professional treatment. In case of ignoring the care instructions the warranty is cancelled. The costs resulting from improper or incorrect use of the products have to be paid by the customer.

The warranty excludes a depletion of the products by usual way of using them.

Following conditions have to be met when claiming the products:

  • The products have to be clean. The seller is allowed to refuse the delivery of insanitary products
  • The customer has to attach a copy of the invoice.
  • The customer has to attach a description of the defect.

Defects are divided into repairable and irreparable defects. In case of repairable defects it is the customers privilege to get a fast, and cost-free repair of defects.

In case of irreparable defects it is the customers privilege to get full refund of sales price. Furthermore in case of negligible, faulty parts it is the customers privilege to get a reduction of the sales price.

The delivery company is responsible for product damages caused during. The customer is obliged to check the delivery for damages during handing over and to indicate it to the messenger immediately. In case of heavy damages the customer is obliged to refuse the delivery.

The customer has the obligation to check the delivery for accuracy and completeness after receipt immediately. The seller has to be informed about any discrepancies within 3 working days after receipt of the products. Subsequent complaints can not be accepted.

If the customer simply ship back the item without notifying us and getting our acknowledgment we will refuse customer’s refund.

The customer has to ship the item back with the tracking number information and the customer is responsible to pay the shipping costs in advance.

6.- Data privacy

The seller is in obligation to keep the customers data in confidence and do not hand it over to third persons.

By submitting an order or filling out the registration form, the customer agrees that the seller will collect and use his/her personal data to process and handle his/her ordres. The buyer has a right to ask the seller to delete his/her personal data from databse at any time.
